4 Minute Fat Burner – The 8 Count Bodybuilder

As the holidays arrive, we rush to eat too much

and not getting enough exercise, we are stressing ourselves.

There’s no reason you should miss a workout when you learn how

to use your body weight effectively.

You can get a great workout in as little as 4 minutes, yes 4 minutes

But, when it snows and these people do a simple activity like shoveling snow

Most people are not physically fit enough to do simple activities and that is

where the 4 minute workout comes in.

I’ll give you a quick 4 minute workout that will work your entire body in just

4 minutes and the exercise is called The 8-count bodybuilder and it is very

demanding and should not be performed by anyone who is not healthy or physically fit.

Start in a standing position.

1. Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you.

2. Kick your legs back into a push-up position.

3 and 4. At the same time that you kick your legs back, you do a push-up.

5 and 6. Then kick your legs to the side and then back (when you kick

should be in the shape of a Y)

7. Bring your legs back under you.

8. Stand up.

This is 1 rep and you need to continue this for 4 minutes and this soon

makes you believe that in 4 minutes you can do an excellent fat burning workout.
