The biggest problem in our lives does not necessarily come from the situation we face, but from the way we think about them. Instead of wasting precious time thinking about the past or things that will affect your mind in a negative way, look for reasons to be happy, things that are meaningful and rewarding, get involved,

Happiness is an attitude and a decision. We have the option of spending all day in our bed counting all the bad things that happen to us or getting out of bed and starting each day with a positive attitude, looking for opportunities to grow, excel in everything we do, while thanking God. for the privilege of living.
