We have a wide range of options available, including shared rooms and private studios near the university campus, in zones 1 and 2, with all utilities included in your rent. We also offer 26 rooms adapted for students with disabilities, including wheelchair users and deaf or hard of hearing students.

Our residences are close to the main universities, located within walking distance or a short bus ride. Most of them have on-site facilities, too, from cinema rooms to gyms and laundry rooms. Some even have a roof terrace or other outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun.

It’s just 15 minutes from UCL and has a range of on-site facilities, from a gym to a cinema room.
