For breakfast you need to prepare yourself some raw juice. You can use vegetables or fruits as long as you add some green foods like spirulina, spinach, or seaweed to the drink.

A great combination could be apples, carrots, and kale. Or celery, tomato and kale.

Lunch is a big meal of raw salad. Choose approximately seven different varieties of vegetables. Mix your colors so that your plate has a vibrant color. (cauliflower, bell peppers, lettuce, spinach, watercress, cabbage, kale, fennel, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, parsnips, turnips, and arugula. Top with dried herbs, tofu, seaweed, or three-seed salad (pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds). Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.

The last meal of the day is delicious. Prepare some grain in the form of brown rice or kasha and mix it with some steamed or stir-fried vegetables.

Or make lentil or pea soups and serve them with rye bread or rye crispbread.
