Hormones for breast growth and better breast appearance

Within the body, there are circulating hormones that perform specific functions. There are hormones whose function is to regulate the tissues of the breast; So if you want to know how to have a more attractive breast, you need to know about these essential hormones.

estrogen. This hormone controls the proliferation and division of breast cells. During puberty, the breast begins to develop once the ovaries begin to secrete this hormone estrogen. This results in the accumulation of fat within the connective tissues of the breasts, making the breasts larger. In the first half of a woman’s menstrual cycle, estrogen is also released. This causes the breasts to enlarge, in preparation for a possible pregnancy. After ovulation, the levels of the hormone estrogen decrease so that the breasts return to their normal size. In the event of a pregnancy, estrogen levels are maintained to continue developing for the imminent lactation.

Progesterone. It is a steroid hormone that is known to work together with estrogen to regulate breast development. In the first half of the menstrual cycle, progesterone levels are low. In the second half, the hormone begins to contribute to breast development when estrogen levels drop. The hormone signals the formation of the mammary glands of a woman. The job of estrogen is to induce enlargement of the breast tissue and progesterone ensures that the tissues function properly for further breast growth and development. When a woman becomes pregnant, progesterone levels remain high to help control the growth of milk buds needed by the nursing mom-to-be.

Prolactin. The pituitary gland secretes this hormone, which promotes lactation and the secretion of milk in the mammary glands of the breasts. The secretion of prolactin hormones occurs in the first days of the menstrual cycle. You will notice visible changes in your breasts due to the secretion of prolactin during the first days of menstruation. When pregnancy begins, prolactin levels drop while estrogen/progesterone levels rise to further develop the breast. Later, when the breasts are developed and about to secrete breast milk, the prolactin level rises again. When the woman has given birth, the hormone gets stimulation from the infant to continue the secretion of milk.

oxytocin. This hormone has an important role to play for breast development while a woman is pregnant. It is also secreted by the pituitary gland of the brain. The levels of this hormone are high in the fifth and sixth month of being pregnant. With the help of the hormone oxytocin, milk production from the breasts is further stimulated. This hormone also gives signals after childbirth picked up by the breast to start lactation for the nursing child.

Apparently, having bigger breasts can only be related to nature when a woman is pregnant. However, if she is not pregnant and she would like to have bigger breasts with the consideration of breast enlargement hormones; There are possible solutions to address her concerns. Some women with smaller breasts could be suffering from a hormonal imbalance within their bodies. This imbalance can be corrected by including sufficient amounts of raw vegetables and fruits in daily meals. It would be better to choose organic products that do not contain chemicals. Fruits that are suggested to eat to help enlarge breasts include apples, cherries, pomegranates, tomatoes, and grapes. Apples are high in estrogen which will increase breast size if taken daily. Cherries have fiber that helps to enlarge the breasts; they have estrogen that can counter testosterone in your body.

Refrain from eating processed foods that can affect hormone production. Adequate sleep of 7-8 hours each night will also help to repair and restore the glands that produce the hormones necessary for breast enlargement. You can also take health supplements like barley grass, spirulina, and wheat grass.
